Shipping Policy

GLAMO NEPAL delivers nationwide across Nepal. Kathmandu Valley orders are typically faster; outside-valley orders use standard courier timelines shown at checkout.

Some addresses may require phone confirmation before dispatch.

We confirm delivery timing when we process your order.

We do not promise a fixed delivery window until courier capacity and stock are verified for that order.

Delivery fees are calculated at checkout from your district and are always charged — we do not offer free-shipping promotions.

Kathmandu Valley and outside-valley rates differ; the exact fee is confirmed before you place the order.

Store pickup may be arranged from S.S Chowk, Madhyapur Thimi, Bagmati, Nepal after order confirmation.
